I've been in the mortgage business for over thirty years, and I still remember what it felt like to help my very first family get the keys to their new home. That feeling never gets old.

I'm Nancy Woods, Division Manager at Gold Mortgage, and I built this business the old-fashioned way... one happy client at a time. Most of my business comes from referrals and from realtors who know I'll take care of their buyers like family. Because that's exactly how I see every person who comes to me for help.

More Than Just a Job

I'm a mom to two biological sons and six adopted boys, so I understand what it means to want a safe, stable home for your family. I've walked through some tough financial seasons myself, and I know that life doesn't always fit into neat little boxes on a loan application. That's why I founded a nonprofit supporting local children in need and stay actively involved in our community. This work isn't just about numbers and paperwork to me... it's about helping people build the foundation for their lives.

I only order a full credit report after we've talked and you've given me permission.
